Treatment plans
Findings become a priced plan.
Group the work in phases, offer the patient a choice, and book the visits straight from the plan.
Built from the chart
Planned work on the chart becomes the plan's items, priced from your price list.
- Phases with their own titles, such as pain first, then restore
- Options A, B or C where the patient has a choice
- Planned teeth show in red on the chart
Present it clearly
Give the patient a quote they can take home.
- A printable quote
- A WhatsApp message with the plan, ready to send
- Draft, presented, accepted, declined, completed or canceled
Fair on money
Accepting a plan never puts the patient in debt.
- Work is charged only when it is marked done
- A plan can ask for a deposit before lab work starts
- Payments toward a plan are kept for that plan
Book from the plan
Choose the items for the next visit and book them in the calendar with the right dentist.
Questions
Questions about treatment plans
What happens if I edit a plan the patient already saw?
It goes back to draft, so you present the new version again. The date it was first presented is kept.
Can a plan ask for a deposit?
Yes. Set a deposit as a percentage or an amount. It is not a debt; it holds back sending lab work and starting the treatment until it is paid, and an admin can override it with a reason.
