Dental practice management software Every tooth. Every visit. One file.
Tooth chart, treatment plans, X-rays and billing in one file per patient.
01 · The old way
Your clinic lives in six places.
A paper book for bookings, notes on cards, X-rays stuck on the sensor PC, lab slips in a drawer and a spreadsheet for who still owes what.
02 · The new rule
One patient. One file.
Every visit, tooth, plan, X-ray and payment attaches to the patient, so the whole story is one click away.

A calendar for every dentist.
Day, week and month views. Drag to book or move a visit, check patients in, and send tomorrow's reminders on WhatsApp in Arabic or English.
The whole mouth on one screen.
Chart decay, fillings, crowns, bridges and implants tooth by tooth. Planned work shows in red and done work in green, for adults, children and mixed teeth.
Findings become a priced plan.
Group the work in phases, offer options A and B, then print the quote or send it on WhatsApp. Accepting a plan never puts the patient in debt.
X-rays you can measure.
Import a folder or DICOM files from your X-ray software. Measure in millimetres, add arrows and notes, and compare two images side by side.
Charged when the work is done.
Finish the visit and its work becomes the charge. Reception takes cash, card, Whish or OMT, and every payment settles the oldest charge first.
Everyone sees their part.
Admins, dentists, assistants, reception and accountants each sign in with their own role. Clinical notes stay with the clinicians, and nothing crosses into another clinic.

And the rest of the clinic
Everything else, in the same file.
Gum chart
Six sites per tooth: pocket depth, recession, bleeding and plaque. Attachment loss is worked out for you, and missing teeth come over from the tooth chart.
Prescriptions
Pick from your medicines list, write directions in Arabic or English, and print a numbered prescription. Allergies are checked first.
Lab work
Follow each order from sent to fitted, count remakes, and see what is overdue. The calendar warns when a visit's work isn't back.
Clinical notes
Finish visit drafts the note from the work done. Templates fill the rest, and notes lock after 24 hours.
WhatsApp reminders
Remind tomorrow's patients in their own language, Arabic or English, and see who has been reminded.
Dentist commission
Each dentist's share of the work they did, after lab cost. Close the month and mark it paid.
Reports and expenses
Work done, money in and expenses, with lab bills and commission counted for you.
Activity log
Important changes are written down with who made them, and nobody can edit or delete that record.
Questions
Questions clinics ask us.
What is DentalClinic?
DentalClinic is practice management software for dental clinics. It keeps the calendar, tooth chart, gum chart, treatment plans, X-rays, lab work and billing in one file for each patient.
Do I need to install anything?
No. DentalClinic runs in the web browser, so it works on a computer, a tablet or a phone without installing an app.
Can I bring in X-rays from my X-ray software?
Yes. Export them as JPEG, PNG or DICOM and import single files or a whole folder. The date and the millimetre scale are read from DICOM files, and the same image is never added twice.
How does billing work?
A treatment is charged when it is marked done, never when a plan is accepted. Payments are credit that settles the oldest charge first, and a plan can ask for a deposit before lab work starts.
Does it have a gum chart and prescriptions?
Yes. The gum chart records six sites per tooth with pocket depth, recession, bleeding and plaque. Prescriptions are printed with directions in Arabic or English, after a check against the patient's allergies.
Does it track lab work and dentist commission?
Yes. Lab orders move from sent to fitted, and the calendar warns when a visit's lab work isn't back. Commission is worked out on the work each dentist did, after lab cost.
Where is my clinic's data stored?
Clinic data and uploaded files are stored on servers in Frankfurt, Germany.
