Tooth chart

The whole mouth on one screen.

Chart what you find, what is already there and what you plan, tooth by tooth and surface by surface.

Chart everything

Every finding and treatment sits on the tooth it belongs to, on the right surfaces.

  • Decay and fillings on the M, O, D, B and L surfaces
  • Crowns, root canals, extractions and missing teeth
  • Bridges in two clicks: pick both ends and the pontics fill in
  • Implants drawn as an implant, not as a tooth

Read it at a glance

Planned work is drawn in red and done work in green, so the next step is always plain to see.

  • Show or hide problems, existing work, planned and done
  • A side panel for one tooth or for all teeth
  • Each tooth's X-rays open from the chart

Adults and children

The chart follows the patient's age.

  • Child under 6, mixed teeth from 6 to 12, adult from 13
  • Mixed view shows adult and baby teeth together
  • Teeth that usually aren't in yet at that age are faded

Fast at the chair

Chart from the keyboard while the patient is still in the chair.

  • Arrow keys move between teeth
  • M, O, D, B and L pick surfaces
  • Enter saves and Esc cancels

Questions

Questions about the tooth chart

Which numbering does the tooth chart use?

FDI numbering, the two-digit system used in Lebanon and most of the world: 11 to 48 for adult teeth and 51 to 85 for baby teeth.

Does charting a finding create a bill?

No. Findings and planned work never put the patient in debt. A treatment is charged only when it is marked done.
