Billing
Charged when the work is done.
Nobody types a bill. Finish the visit, and the work done becomes the charge.
Charges that match the work
The dentist marks the work done, and that creates the charge.
- Finish visit confirms what was done and completes the visit
- A treatment over several visits is charged once, when finished
- Add work that wasn't in the plan
Checkout at reception
Reception takes the payment and prints the receipt.
- Cash, card, bank transfer, Whish, OMT or other
- Payments settle the oldest charge first
- Money paid toward a plan is kept for that plan
Discounts with limits
Every discount has a reason and a name behind it.
- Dentists up to 10% and reception up to 5%
- Bigger discounts go to an admin to approve
- Refunds are for admins only
Commission worked out
Each dentist's share is worked out on the work they did, after lab cost.
- A clinic default with a percentage per dentist
- Close the month, then mark it paid
